Refund / Cancelation Policy
We offer you 30 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.
To qualify for this, you need to send the unused portion of the product back to us at the following address:

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.
You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number and ensure the product is packed well to prevent damage in transit.
Your card is refunded to the full amount, and we do not charge any ‘restocking’ fees. All basic postage charges are not refunded.
If you purchase through our free trial offer we do not offer refunds on your subsequent purchases or subscriptions.
